Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and conditions. Any such activity is expressly prohibited without prior permission of HaterKache SERVICES. or written consent of the owner. If HaterKache identifies that any user engaged in such activities; appropriate legal action may be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Use of HaterKache Platforms (Web/App) The Haterkache.net is a common platform for users and service partners that may contain profiles, email facility, chat facility, blogs, job posting, advertisements and other communication channels to communicate with each other or to avail the services. Hence, users may use these facilities only to send and receive messages that are relevant and appropriate to the intended use. Violation of this term mayforce Haterkache.net to take appropriate legal action against the user,including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
2. 1.3. User Information Haterkache.net, during the new account registration, may ask user to share the personal information, which is required to deliver the service. Haterkache.net assumes user provides the accurate information about his/her identity, contact information. The given information will be verified during the registration process. Haterkache.net only makes a sincere attempt to provide best service to its users and hence does not take full responsibility of suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Services requested and provided by users. Haterkache.net does not confirm the identity of users who they claim to be. If HaterKache finds any information wrong or any malpractice, agreement with user will be terminated with immediate effect. You hereby consent to receive communications by SMS, emails or calls from Haterkache.net or its affiliates or its partners with regard to the services provided by Haterkache.net. or as facilitated by the HATER KACHE partners.
3. 1.4. Service Partner Information Haterkache.net performs the background verification and service quality checks of service partners to ensure the safety and security of users. Haterkache.net enters into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with every service partner during the on-boarding process. This attempt is a sincere effort to ensure the best and effective service to our users. Haterkache.net does not take full responsibility for suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services provided. Service partner will be solely responsible for the services delivered, HaterKache in coordination with service partners will ensure that further support is offered within specific timeframes.
4. 1.5. Account/Password Protection User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password and service account provided by Haterkache.net for accessing the offered service. User is solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under the password or account. Haterkache.net has no control and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom over the use of any user’s account. If the user is suspicious about the activities under the account or breach of account, he/she should immediately reach Haterkache.net to block the account.
5. 1.6. Termination of Service Haterkache.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate your association with us for violation of any of our policies, posted on the website time-to-time. The termination will be with prior notice via mail and it will be effective immediately after the delivery of notice. Haterkache.net also reserves the right to take legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress, for inappropriate or offensive behavior. Breach or violation of any of the policies will enforce the termination or expiration of the agreement with Haterkache.net. The termination of agreement will also enforce the cancellation of ongoing requested services, refunds and other disputes by the user. HaterKache offers 7 to 60 days warranty on service offered via HATER KACHE platform (warranty period is varied between services), any additional charges asked by service partner must be informed to customer care +8801894947575 or support@Haterkache.net before making such payments.
6. 1.7. Billing and Payment Policy Haterkache.net offers its user to pay the service partner either through mobile wallet, online using net-banking/ debit card or by cash. Haterkache.net expressly claims no responsibility of refund for payment made by cash. User is liable to pay the invoiced amount immediately after the work completion. Haterkache.net takes no responsibility for money paid to service partners without our knowledge or we have no control over payments made in cash to service partners other than what is agreed between HaterKache and the user. Hence it is important that payments be made directly to HaterKache via online payment options available on the platform. We discourage any tips or reward to any of our service partner however if any user is doing so is completely based on their own will and decision. If the money gets deducted from the user account and the payment is not reflected in the application, you are requested to contact the HATER KACHE customer care support at +8801894947575 or mail at support@Haterkache.net. Your payment will be reflected within 48 hours if the transaction is successful at the payment gateway partners. If your payment status is not updated in the given time frame, please contact the bank for further enquiries, HaterKache does not take responsibility on such cases and payment will reflect in your bank account as per Bank’s TAT.
7. 1.8. Links to Other Websites Haterkache.net may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by HATER KACHE. HaterKache SERVICES has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that HaterKache shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
8. 1.9. Food Delivery Restaurants are liable for Food Quality. Hater Kache is not a food Producing or Manufacturing company, we just act like Technology based platform. If any issue rises about Food Quality and all, A consumer can take action directly for that Restaurant Owner. Users are requested to report/inform Haterkache.net immediately for any misconduct or unsatisfied behavior of any of our service partners so that we can take necessary action in order to resolve incidents and prevent the occurrence of such incidence in future. However, if the misconduct is falling in the category of breach of law then the user may deal with that as per the applicable laws directly with the service partner and Haterkache.net will be responsible in such case. Also, if the Restaurant owner is involved in any criminal activities during the service delivery or at any stage of service cycle the user, at its own will can take direct action under the laws of the country and also keep us informed on full details of the same. Haterkache.net will not be party to any such action.
9. 1.9.1. Tour Guide Services HaterKache SERVICES acts as the technology platform for users to avail the TOUR GUIDE services from several specific tour guides. Hater Kache ensures every guide is going through a background and security check so a client can take service from us without any second thought. and therefore we are responsible for any issues caused during tour guide service. As a technology infrastructure provider, HaterKache connects the user with the service partner and offers convenience with full security for online payment facility, on the other side payment assurance to service partners/tour guides. The Service Icons will have the service partner brand logo in HaterKache’s common icon theme and it’s strictly user’s preference to avail the services from a specific service partner. If the tour guide is involved in any criminal activity, exhibits any offending behavior, misconduct or medical negligence at any stage of service cycle, user can take legal action against the tour guide under applicable Bangladesh Law, We are going to introduce Bangladesh’s first ever fully secured service for Tour Guide. 1.9.2. Technician Services Repair Charges /Visit Charges — is the compulsory charges on the technician visit to user premises — needs to be paid by the user on first visit itself Post technician visit- if any spare needs to be changed or replaced would be extra as per current market rates. A valid Service card and cash receipts issued from the company would be carried by the technician which explains the symptoms observed and job done / suggested for that particular appliance duly signed by both the technician and the user. For any spare part replacement — the user is given the estimation from the back-end team based on the availability of the spare parts and its present market rate. Post user confirmation/approval to change the spare part as per the estimation, then only the spare part would be ordered — However repeated and commonly failure parts would be available at the service center for immediate replacement. Service Warranty — warranty for the workmanship is 60 days from the date of work completion (Cash Receipt/ Job card to be produced by the user to avail service warranty). User can avail service warranty only for the issue as mentioned in the service card, for any other issues or complaints the charges are applicable as per the rate card Service partner will be solely responsible to provide the taxable invoice, HaterKache shares the receipt of payment via mail. The Haterkache.net shall be under no obligation to provide repair/service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Sr. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, rat bite, and neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charge. While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising. Haterkache.net strongly discourages any direct contact with HaterKache Service Partners or any service requested directly by the user with the HaterKache Service Partner, as in such cases it has no control or takes no responsibility on whatsoever situation or condition. Haterkache.net does not provide or deal with material or spare parts required for delivering the service. Users are requested to buy the material to carry out the service or by it through service partners. Service partner is solely responsible/ liable for damages caused during service delivery, in such events the user is requested to first contact the customer support team and then may lodge a complaint against the service partner, if the damage is resolved with mutual understanding. The equipment brought to the service center will remain there at user risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control. Most of the repairs would be carried out at the user premises only if need arises then the appliance would be called back to the Service center and Transportation for taking appliance to the Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the user as per the applicable rates. Any estimate issued by the service center is provisional and not binding; in case of variances in market price. 1.9.3. Online Store HATER KACHE offers merchants, merchant referred here can be a brand, store or home-made product manufacturer, a technology platform to list their product, manage the delivery and ensures that they follow the formal procedures to carry out the business. HaterKache is not responsible for any concern rises from usage of product, quality of product or if the product is out of stock. You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Haterkache.net is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed on the website/mobile application at the price indicated therein at any time from the selected city. You further agree and acknowledge that Haterkache.net is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the website. Accordingly, the contract of sale of products on the website shall be a strictly bipartite contract between user and the merchants on HATER KACHE If the user pays online and the product is out of stock or not available for a reason, the paid amount will be refunded within 72 hours. Merchant is solely responsible for updating the stock list and price in the HaterKache store. It is the responsibility of the merchant to make sure that the product quality is in par with the standards specified by Law. HATER KACHE is just an online facilitator to list the product under the merchant’s brand in the store. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). Restaurant Services: For the purpose of thissection, ‘Restaurant’ shall be defined as an Institution that offers food and beverages for sale in its regular business operations, and is making such food and beverages available to purchasers of HATER KACHE.com Coupons. In this respect, the following shall constitute as ‘Standard Terms and Conditions’ for redeeming HATER KACHE. IN Coupons: HATER KACHE.com shall not be responsible for the quality of services provided by the Restaurant, and the same shall be the sole responsibility of the Restaurant. HATER KACHE.com Coupons are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed partially or incrementally. Use of HATER KACHE.com Coupons for drinks shall be at the sole discretion of the Restaurant and is further subject to all applicable laws. Haterkache.net Coupons cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances, unless permitted by the Restaurant. Haterkache.net Coupons are valid for dine-in only unless otherwise stated. The issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant. Neither Haterkache.net nor the Restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen Coupons or the reference numbers mentioned on it. Reproduction, sale or trade of Haterkache.net Coupons is strictly prohibited. Any attempted redemption not consistent with these Terms of Use, Standard Terms & Conditions and Specific Terms & Conditions mentioned on the coupon will render the Haterkache.net coupon void and invalid.
